I enjoy working closely with highly motivated clients to help them transition from their existing life path, where they may feel limited or where they have realized that this particular path is leading them to a place where they no longer want to go, to an alternative path that is more aligned to their vision, beliefs and core values. My clients are generally in the midst of contemplating a major transition in their life. This desired transition is not just a matter of changing jobs or obtaining a promotion but rather a transition that is transformational, driven by a need to lead a life that is more congruent to their core values, beliefs and life objectives.

Some of my clients are dissatisfied with their current situation or have come to a realization that the path that they are on may not be leading them to a place where want to go. They know intuitively that something does not feel right but they feel suck or limited. Often times the nature of the path that they are on or job that they have does not allow them to slow down or stop to reassess and recalibrate their vision. This is where I systematically work with my clients to help them better understand their current situation and help them develop a clear vision of where they want to go that is fully aligned with their core values and beliefs. The process of reassessment, recalibration and refocusing of the vision changes the intention and content of the client’s actions which influent their daily outcomes.

I helped young undergraduate law student in the UK realign his vision. He was unsure of continuing with his undergraduate law studies, going into the legal profession or even continuing to live in the UK. I helped him to develop a clearer vision, align that vision with his core values and helped him take actionable steps to make his vision a reality. He has not only completed his undergraduate law studies and his Postgraduate Certificate in Law but has also competed an LLM in International Tax. He is now within months of completing his two year training contract as a trainee solicitor which will allow him to be admitted to the bar taking him to another phase in his life journey.

I have spent a lifetime navigating transitions between countries, businesses, cultures, relationships and professions. I would like to share my own experiences and help my clients achieve their own successful transitions on their journey to personal growth and transformation.

I have found it to be personally rewarding to give back through mentoring my clients and helping them to successfully navigate major transitions in their life. I have been a peer counsellor at the University of California at Berkeley and as Managing Director and Head of Asia Credit Fixed Income, I have led a mentoring program at Bank of America Securities in Asia for new international university graduates and MBA graduates entering my department as well as informally mentored many friends and colleagues. These mentoring activities are personally rewarding and allows me to repay all of those that have mentored me along my own personal journey.

I have Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. I have also done course work at the University of Hong Kong School of Law, the Mandarin Training Center in Taipei and am a Certified Digital Marketing Professional.

Many of my clients have indicated that I have the ability to help them to align their vision with their core values in a manner that allows them to see the strategic landscape and as a result allow them to contextualize the tactics and action steps they will need to employ to achieve their transformational goals. In the process my clients come to the realization that success is not a destination but rather a journey where success is a daily occurrence.

Personal growth takes place outside our comfort zone. I have an approach that will guide my client outside their comfort zone through three key steps to assist them to achieve their strategic and transformational goals:

1) Clarity of Vision. I will assist my client to develop a clear and focused vision of what they desire to achieve. I will guide them through the process of developing strategic focus that will allow them to have the clarity to vividly experience their vision. I will encourage my client to think out of the box, have no limits and dream big.

2) Self-Mastery. I will guide the my clients to through the process of aligning their beliefs, core values and the vision to ignite the passion, hunger and fire necessary to achieve their vision.

3) Conscious Action. This where I will work with my clients to develop their technical plan and guide them through its effective execution.

My clients hope to achieve greater clarity of their current situation, focus their strategic vision and understand the concrete tactical step that are available to them to achieve that vision. This clarity that I help my clients achieve allows them the ability to make difficult and impactful choices.
